1. Determine Your Core Values (3 min)

Check off words from the list below that resonate with you as an important value. Don't overthink it, just pick what feels important to your life. If you notice a value is not included, write it in.

2. Group similar values together from the values you checked off above (3 min)

Group them in a way that makes sense to you. Create a max of 5 groups. If you notice more than 5 groups, eliminate the one that feels least important to you. See the example below.

3. Choose 1 word from each group that represents your label for the group. (2 min)

Don't overthink the labels. You can't go wrong, just pick what feels right to you in this moment. In the example below, we picked one word from each of the 5 groups in the above table.
